Sergeant Lok is the perfect place for us to have a wonderful dining experience with family and friends. Great food, friendly service and a great atmosphere. Especially the large room if you have a group of people wanting an intimate dining experience.

I didn't eat here, so I can't rate the food. I'm sure it's great because they have a good review rating overall. Maybe we went on a bad day & someone called in sick, but the service was very slow. The staff were polite & lovely, but it took around 30 minutes for drinks to arrive after ordering, even when there were only 6 or so other people in the venue, & even when we didn't order cocktails. Gotta hand it to them for their Margaritas. They were delicious! They almost made up for the slow service.

I booked to dine here for my birthday to which the staff did not even acknowledge. The drinks I ordered took 30 minutes to come, and I eventually tried to cancel my second round and refund it, but the acting manager told me she couldn’t refund it. Staff were rude and overall service was appalling.

Sergent Lok continues to deliver on a truly unique experience. Exquisite food, excellent service and personal touch with the manager telling of the story of the intriguing and fascinating history of the building and area. Such a memorable experience. Thoroughly recommend!

The first time we had food arrived before our wine! We had to ask 3 times for our drinks with little response other than l will check. Service was very below par will not return.
